As the head of Procurement, numbers and data have always been a passion for Peter. In this presentation he will share real examples of the return on investment when teams and companies understand the role their minds play in collaboration and change. Including when Peter and his team were involved in the 5th largest merger in corporate history.

Nikki will share how she has learned to thrive in the unknown, to access new levels of creativity and innovation. She will share how she has shifted from push, struggle and resistance to experiencing more flow and freedom in her work.


NICOLA BIRD: THE POWER BEHIND THE ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY
Nicola has been an entrepreneur most of her adult life. Since coming across this understanding she has found a whole new way to scale and grow a business while also living a more fulfilling life. Nicola is excited to let others know that there is a simpler way. She has learned that push, drive and strive are not required for success.
