These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to all participants (“You”) who are registered and attending the The Beyond Limits Business Summit (the “Event”) put on by Barbara Patterson International (“Us,” or “We”). You hereby acknowledge You have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms.

BY ACCEPTING THIS WAIVER:

YOU understand that all Barbara Patterson International and Beyond Limits Business Summit logos are the exclusive property of Barbara Patterson International (Barbara Patterson International IP).  You agree not to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute Barbara Patterson International IP without express written permission from Us to do so.

YOU understand that this event will be videotaped and photographed. You understand some recorded content may include you.  We will use recorded content in a variety of ways moving forward, including marketing and promotion of Barbara Patterson International offerings. By participating in this event, You understand and agree to waive all personality rights, and you grant a gratis perpetual license to use all content to Barbara Patterson International.

YOU understand that tickets to this Event are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No refund, transfers or exchanges. No exceptions.

YOU are aware that alcohol will be served during this Event.  You are not permitted to, and will not, consume alcohol if you were born after May 1, 2002. You agree not to provide either drink tickets or alcoholic beverages to other Participants born who are not yet 18 years of age.

YOU agree to abide by these Terms by participating in this Event.  If We determine, in Our sole discretion, that You have violated or are likely to violate the Terms, We may take any action We deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, the immediate removal of You without refund. We expect You to remain respectful of other Participants, Presenters, and Sponsors.  Please contact Us if you believe another participant has violated these Terms.

YOU understand that we are not providing any professional services.  The workshop leaders, speakers, and sponsors are professionals but will not provide specific professional advice. You must contact them separately to engage independently with them in exchange for specific services. We do not provide professional counsel and are not licensed in the legal, financial, mental health industries.
